Heavy Duty Wrecker Operator
You will be responsible for maintaining, running, and working the heavy-duty wrecker. This will include (but is not limited to): Direct customer contact, communicating in a professional and timely manner with customers when required for technical issues as well as relationship building. Maintaining the wrecker in good working order and informing management when repairs are needed. Maintaining the interior and exterior of the wrecker so that it is presentable to customers that may need transportation. When not on a run, assisting with Light Duty Towing and Roadside Service.
Requirements:

Able to pass pre-employment & random drug screenings

Have an acceptable driving record (requirement of insurance)

Must be 25 years old or older (requirement of insurance)

Must be DEPENDABLE- Follows instructions, responds to management direction,
keeps commitments to customers, able to work with minimal supervision.

Demonstrate a positive customer service attitude to both customers and co-workers.

Must have a valid CDL Class A and medical card

Must have a solid understanding of all TDLR rules and regulations.

Must have Texas Driver License and Current TDLR IM Towing license.

Must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and be on-call.

Use of technology including smartphones and computer for dispatching and completing invoices
