Credit Card Payment Terms & Conditions​

By providing a credit or debit card for payment, the customer authorizes Benson Bros. Wrecker Service, Inc. to charge the card for all towing, recovery, roadside, storage, mileage, labor, and related fees associated with the requested service. Providing payment means you are authorized to use the form of payment and/or are the cardholder matching the name on the card.

Refund Policy

Cancellations before driver arrival: Refunds are eligible for 50% only if the service is canceled before the driver arrives on scene.

GOA (Gone On Arrival): NO REFUNDS. A GOA constitutes a completed dispatch and charge is fully earned.

 

All refund determinations are at the sole discretion of Benson Bros. Wrecker Service and may take several business days to process if approved.

Mechanical Disassembly Disclaimer

In certain towing or recovery situations, it may be necessary to remove a driveshaft, axle, or other mechanical components to safely transport the vehicle. Removed parts will NOT be reinstalled. Reinstallation is the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Benson Bros. Wrecker Service assumes no liability for reinstallation, alignment, or mechanical condition after removal.

No Chargebacks

By authorizing payment, the customer agrees not to dispute or charge back the transaction for services rendered in accordance with these terms. Any chargebacks may be contested with signed authorization, GPS dispatch records, and driver logs.
